OrderOut Reseller Program

Resell Square and Clover POS — we handle everything else.

OrderOut gives ISOs, agents, and sales teams a complete merchant-services stack to resell — Square and Clover POS, the OrderOut delivery aggregator, and online ordering — to restaurants, retail, and service businesses alike, backed by a portal that tracks every deal from referral to residual.

You bring the merchants — restaurants, retail, or service businesses. OrderOut brings the products — resell Square POS, Clover, the OrderOut delivery aggregator, and online ordering — along with the onboarding, support, and payouts. Instead of stitching together one-off referral links and chasing commission spreadsheets, your whole team works out of a single Reseller Portal — branded to your organization, structured around how you actually sell. Merchants board in the United States today; no other Square market is enabled yet.

What you can resell

Four products, one relationship.

The Reseller Portal

One portal, your whole sales org.

Branded to your organization and structured around how you actually sell — from the first referral to the residual payout.

Organization → ISO → Agent hierarchy

Model your real sales org. Roll merchants and their attribution up through ISOs and down to individual agents.

Branded onboarding links

Generate reseller-branded intake links your agents share with merchants — no logins, no friction. The merchant never sees a competitor’s brand.

Merchant pipeline

Track every application from Submitted through Account Created to Completed, with status, notes, and assignment.

Residuals & payouts

Residual imports and payout-dollar reporting are coming soon. Today every deal is attributed automatically up your Organization → ISO → Agent hierarchy.

Agent & member management

Add agents, set their branding, and give them their own referral links under your ISO.

Real-time notifications

Slack and email alerts the moment a merchant submits, so no lead goes cold.

Why resellers choose OrderOut

Your brand stays front and center across the entire merchant onboarding flow.

We do the heavy lifting

The program on video

Every question agents ask, answered on camera.

We ran the program end to end with Square and Netevia on a live call, then cut the recording into six short pieces — one per question that comes up in every agent conversation. All of them sit on the webinar page, alongside the full session and a timestamped transcript.

  • What the program actually offers

The whole reseller offering for agents and ISOs in one pass — what you sell, and what OrderOut carries for you.

  • Inside the Reseller Portal

The white-label onboarding flow, end to end — including what the merchant sees, which is your brand and not ours.

  • How compensation works

How a deal is attributed and paid up the Organization → ISO → Agent hierarchy, and who gets credited for what.

  • Why sell Square, from Square

Mike Collins, Square’s Head of Resellers, on Square’s technology and Square’s own reseller program — his account, not ours.

  • Surcharging and cash discount

What a Square reseller can put in front of a merchant that wants to offset the cost of accepting cards.

  • Instant Funding

Instant Funding is Netevia’s product for Square merchants; Netevia CEO Vlad Sadovskiy explains how it works.

FAQ

Reseller program FAQs

What is the OrderOut Reseller Program?
The OrderOut Reseller Program lets ISOs, agents, and sales teams resell a complete merchant-services stack — Square and Clover POS, the OrderOut delivery aggregator, and online ordering — through a single branded Reseller Portal. You bring the merchants; OrderOut handles onboarding, the Square account setup, and your residual payouts. Ongoing merchant support is Square’s.
Is this only for restaurants?
No. OrderOut is best known for restaurants, but the Square reseller program spans verticals — restaurants, retail, and service businesses like HVAC, plumbing, auto shops, and appointment-based businesses. Square’s best-performing verticals at $50K+ in annual volume are exactly those three: restaurant, retail, and services — and SaaS / ISV businesses can be boarded too. Every vertical boards through the same branded intake link and portal. For non-food merchants you simply sell Square POS and payments; OrderOut’s delivery and online-ordering products are optional add-ons, not requirements.
What products can I resell?
Square POS (live today), Clover POS (coming soon), the OrderOut delivery aggregator, and Online Ordering. Each product sells on its own — you can sell Square alone without any OrderOut delivery or online-ordering product — or bundle them for a fuller merchant stack.
Is this only about Square, or can I sell other products through the portal?
The OrderOut Reseller Portal is a multi-product marketplace. Square Merchant Processing, Netevia Banking, and OrderOut’s own products are separate products a merchant can subscribe to or not — and each product has its own commission and residual structure for the reseller. You’re not locked into one line: board a merchant on Square processing alone, or layer on banking and OrderOut products as they fit. (OrderOut is not an ISO of Netevia — Netevia Banking is one product in the portal.)
How does merchant onboarding work?
You share a reseller-branded intake link — no merchant login required. The merchant fills a short form (business details, category, owner contact). OrderOut completes the actual account setup using the correct referral link, so you are never doing data entry, and the deal is automatically attributed to your organization, ISO, and agent.
How do I apply, and what happens after?
Request access at reseller.orderout.co/request-access — tell us whether you want to become a reseller, join an existing organization, or schedule a call. A real person from the reseller team reads every application by hand, and you get a decision by email rather than a fixed date. You sign up with OrderOut (OrderOut holds the signed Square reseller agreement; Netevia powers Instant Funding for boarded merchants). There is no separate reseller email address — the request-access form is the front door.
Is the merchant experience branded to my organization?
Yes. Your organization name, logo, agent, and accent color appear on the merchant onboarding screens. The merchant never sees OrderOut or a competitor’s brand — your brand stays front and center. The onboarding flow and portal are white-labeled to you; the POS itself stays Square-branded — you’re reselling Square, not rebranding it.
How do residuals and payouts work?
The Reseller Portal tracks every deal from referral to residual and attributes it automatically up your Organization → ISO → Agent hierarchy. Full residual & payout reporting — what each merchant earns and what each agent is owed — is rolling out soon; today you already see every application and its attribution in real time.
Is this the same as OrderOut Payments?
No. This is a reseller program for ISOs and agents to resell Square and Clover POS and related products — OrderOut is not a direct payment processor. The earlier standalone Payments product is no longer offered.
How do I become a Square reseller with OrderOut in the US?
OrderOut is an official Square reseller. You join the program, get a fully branded, white-label onboarding link, and send it to merchants. OrderOut completes the Square account setup, the deal is attributed to you, and you earn the residual. Boarding is live in the United States today — the other Square markets named in the agreement, Canada included, are not enabled yet.
Which countries does the program cover?
Today the program boards merchants in the United States only. The agreement names eight Square markets — US, Canada, UK, Japan, Australia, Spain, France, and Ireland — but naming a market is not the same as being able to sell into it: each non-US market first needs its own legal entity, local bank account, reseller agreement, and signup links, and none of that is in place yet, Canada included. Canadian merchant addresses are not accepted at onboarding today. Square does not operate in the Caribbean or in Central and South America at all, so merchants there can’t be boarded either. Talk to the OrderOut reseller team before committing to a non-US merchant.
Is OrderOut an official Square reseller, and is there a portal?
Yes. OrderOut is an official Square reseller and provides a white-label portal where you manage your own ISOs and agents, brand your onboarding links, and track every deal from application to residual.
What is the difference between an ISO, an agent, and a reseller?
In OrderOut’s program a reseller (often an ISO or sales org) can manage sub-agents underneath them. The portal supports an organization to ISO to agent hierarchy so residuals and merchant applications roll up to the right party.
