Ten questions to ask any Square reseller program.
Ours are answered below, in writing. The second column is blank on purpose — print it, take it to whoever else you are talking to, and fill it in. We publish our split; ask any program you are evaluating for theirs.
How to use this page
Every answer in the OrderOut column is traceable to something we publish — the Square program page, the program guide, or the recorded reseller webinar. Where we have no confirmed answer, there is no row: a missing question is more useful to you than a confident guess.
Print or save this page (⌘P / Ctrl+P) — it prints as a two-column worksheet with the right column ruled and empty.

What share of the processing revenue the processor earns actually reaches me, and what does the program keep?
OrderOutSquare pays OrderOut 70% of the payment-processing revenue Square earns on your referred merchants’ card volume, and OrderOut passes 100% of that straight through to you — OrderOut takes no cut. You then set your own sub-agent splits on top of it, so an agent under an ISO receives whatever that ISO sets rather than the whole residual. Ask any program you are evaluating for the same two numbers: what the processor pays them, and what they keep.

Is that number published on a page I can link to, or only quoted on a call?
OrderOutOurs is in writing on this page and on the Square reseller program page — no login, no NDA, no call required. That is the point of publishing it: a number you can link to is a number you can hold someone to. If the answer you get is “call us for details”, ask for it in writing before you sign anything.

Do I own the residuals for life, and what happens to them if I leave?
OrderOutThe merchants you board stay attributed to you, and the residual keeps paying for as long as they process — including after you move on. OrderOut is a pass-through: Square pays OrderOut, OrderOut pays you. What you hold is a payment right rather than a portfolio you can sell. There is no lock-in either; you are free to leave when you want. Neither Square nor OrderOut buys portfolios back, but Netevia Financial can finance against your Square residuals — and because that pledges the payment right, it needs OrderOut’s written consent under the agreement. For anything more specific, refer to your own executed copy of the reseller agreement.

When and how am I paid, and what do I have to set up before the first payout?
OrderOutMonthly — OrderOut pays you after it receives the residuals from Square. To get paid you complete your payout setup in the Reseller Portal: your W-9 / tax details and your bank account. Dollar-level residual and payout reporting in the portal is coming soon.

Can I set my own sub-agent and ISO splits, and who calculates them?
OrderOutYou do — and today you also do the arithmetic. You hold the residual, so you distribute it across your ISO and agent umbrella however you want, and super-ISO structures are supported. What the Reseller Portal gives you today is the Organization → ISO → Agent hierarchy and a unique onboarding link per agent, so every merchant is attributed automatically and durably. What it does not do yet is hold a percentage per level and calculate the split for you — that arrives with the Residuals section, so for now you run the maths on your side and reconcile it against your attribution report. We publish no downline percentages of our own because they are not ours to set — they are yours. Ask any program you are evaluating both halves of this: who sets the splits, and what the portal actually calculates today.

Can I run the program under my own brand, and where does the white-labeling stop?
OrderOutYes, and it is standard for every approved reseller rather than a bespoke arrangement negotiated deal by deal. The merchant-facing onboarding carries your name, logo, and colors with no OrderOut branding, and each sub-ISO gets its own branded links. A multi-state payments company already runs its entire Square channel this way — their own training program, their own agent network, and their merchants never see our name. Where it stops matters: the onboarding flow and portal are white-labeled to you; the POS itself stays Square-branded — you are reselling Square, not rebranding it.

What exactly is the residual earned on — and what is it not earned on?
OrderOutSquare residuals are earned on card payment-processing volume. Not hardware, not software or subscription fees, and not on boarding a merchant itself. Netevia Instant Funding and OrderOut’s delivery and online-ordering products each carry their own separate commission — the portal is multi-product. Ask any program you are evaluating to be as specific about what does not earn as about what does.

What can I sell today, and what is only on the roadmap?
OrderOutThree product lines are sellable today, each independent and each carrying its own commission: Square payment processing — Square’s Rack Rate, and its 4% Flat Rate program run as either a Cash Discount or a Service Charge; Netevia Instant Funding; and OrderOut’s delivery aggregator and online-ordering products. Sell any one on its own or bundle them. Two more are on the Reseller Portal roadmap and are not sellable yet: payroll, and a capital product for merchants. Neither carries a date, and you should not quote a merchant on either until it is live in the portal.

Am I signing with a company that holds a reseller agreement, or joining a referral program?
OrderOutOrderOut USA Corp holds a signed Square Reseller Agreement and is an official Square reseller, boarding merchants in the United States today — a verified claim, not marketing language. You sign with OrderOut, and the residual comes from that agreement. Square’s own direct sign-up program is closed today, as Square stated on our July 2026 reseller webinar, so reselling Square runs through a partner that holds the paper. Ask any program you are evaluating which of the two it is offering you — a reseller agreement or a referral arrangement — and who holds it.

Who supports my merchants after boarding, and who owns the relationship?
OrderOutSquare Support — merchants are referred to Square directly, through the Square Dashboard and squareup.com/help. OrderOut handles onboarding and the Square account setup, and OrderOut is software: we do not provide local field reps, we do not provide Square merchant support, and we do not sell or ship hardware. The relationship with the merchant is yours, and the residual keeps paying for as long as that merchant processes.

Square’s published rates and plans are Square’s, and terms are Square’s (see squareup.com/pricing). Instant Funding is Netevia’s product on Netevia’s terms. Nothing here is a quote of the Square Reseller Agreement — for anything contract-specific, read your own executed copy.
