Why does the version without the printer have a delay?
We try to ship out our printer the same day of signup. It typically takes 1-2 days to arrive.

Once it arrives, you'll schedule an on-boarding call with our customer support specialist. After that's taken care of all you have to do is map your menu and go live!

This whole process takes typically anywhere between 2-5 days.
What delivery services does OrderOut support?
We currently support the majority of food delivery services in the US such as: UberEats, Grubhub, DoorDash, Postmates, ChowNow, Slice, Caviar, and Wix.

If you have a specific request, please let us know. We are actively working on integrating with more services.
Why do I need an additional printer when using Clover?
One word: reliability.

Clover doesn’t support remote printing and in order to ensure you get the order on time, every time, we offer a printer. Our competition offers their service without an additional printer and it has been reported to cause delays and missing orders, which is why we created a printer to avoid these issues so that your orders always get to you.
How does the integration work?
OrderOut sends your third party food delivery orders directly into your Clover POS. As soon as an order comes in, it’s automatically accepted by OrderOut. You no longer have to manually accept orders on the tablet or manually input orders into your POS. Orders are then sent automatically into your kitchen printer, or the OrderOut kitchen printer, depending on which plan you choose.
